What to expect

£500 for 3-4 hours on site.
A second booking within 6 months is recommended to practise the movements, and to reach anyone who missed the first visit.

Pay 20% of the fee when you book, and pay the rest after the visit.

Part 1

Simple movements are taught to groups and to individuals.

Part 2

Space is created to use specifically for movement, anyone in this space is here to move.

Part 3

Discussions will be held about:
- posture
- postural myths
- pain and discomfort, including advice and reassurances
- any concerns about your movement in general
